Chris Floyd is a photographer living in London. His work has been published all over the place and he has one wife, one daughter, one mum, one dad and one sister. Ok? Great little site and some top work from this design collective based in Stockholm — really like the intro video that becomes the site navigation. Speaking about the usability of the new This is Art portfolio site, led me to DLVBBDO. I quite enjoy it because it reminds me of my first PC, when I preferred using MS-Dos to Windows... not much changed there! This has got to be one of the least usable portfolio sites out there? None the less, check it out for a bit of old school code geekery. Dan at Family sent us a link to Mezzetty. A showcase of simple photography combined with graphic design and typography established in 1999 by Martin Donnelly. Aisle One's Antonio Carusone has been busy getting another one of his little side-projects up and running! The new site, LegiStyles™, is a series of custom NetNewsWire styles that focus on design and typography. And best of all they’re free! If you read as many blogs as half of us do than definitely check out NNW and get yourself one of those tasty styles! Lovely print work by Silo.

There's something very enigmatic about the simiplicity in this music video for Simian Mobile Disco. Synthesise was shot as a viral video for the first track off Simian Mobile Discos next album and was directed by the very talented Kate Moross. Is there anything she wont turn her hand to? It's not amazingly ground breaking but, unlike a lot of over produced, high budget music video productions, the whole thing was done in situ giving it a very analogous feel reminiscent of a warehouse rave.
